Dr. Chrystelle Mayap Njilo is an experienced business administration educator and financial manager with extensive expertise spanning corporate governance, strategic management, finance, accounting, logistics, and tourism. A dedicated academic researcher, her scientific interests focus on optimization in human resources management and the individual, collective, and organizational dimensions of organizational learning.
Dr. Mayap Njilo maintains a robust teaching portfolio across several higher education institutions in Cameroon. She serves as a part-time lecturer at the University of Bamenda, where she teaches advanced courses in travel and tourism, strategic procurement, network design, and lodging operations management. Additionally, she lectures at the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa, focusing on OHADA accounting, financial management, international marketing, and portfolio regulations. Her academic tenures also include instructional roles in strategic management and quantitative techniques at the Yaounde International Business School, the Institut Catholique Universitaire Sainte Thérèse of Yaounde, and ISTAG.
Before her extensive career in academia, Dr. Mayap Njilo accumulated nearly a decade of operational corporate experience as the Administrative and Financial Manager for Geo design and Biz Sarl. In this capacity, she directed human resources, spearheaded corporate taxation and budget tracking, and managed large-scale public call-for-tender portfolios. Internationally, she spent several years in Northern Cyprus managing student residential facilities, handling administrative admissions, and overseeing personnel as a Building Supervisor and Hall Management Assistant for Cyprus International University.
Dr. Mayap Njilo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cyprus International University. Her foundational education includes a Master's degree (Maîtrise) and a Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Management Sciences from the University of Yaoundé, preparatory accounting studies at the Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale, and corporate law training at INTEC Paris. She is a native French speaker, holds a proficient command of English, and has basic self-taught knowledge of Turkish.
