Mme Elomo Flavienne Cécile is a highly skilled Cameroonian Medico-Sanitary Engineer and healthcare executive with extensive experience in laboratory management and medical education. Registered with the national order under number 6010, she currently serves as the Head (Major) of the Blood Bank Service at Jamot Hospital in Yaoundé, a position she has held since September 2019.

Throughout her career, Mme Elomo has managed essential clinical diagnostic and blood safety infrastructure, previously serving as the Head of Laboratory at the Cité-Verte District Hospital. Alongside her clinical duties, she is a dedicated educator, coordinating the medical analysis track at IFOPËS and lecturing in parasitology, medical mycology, and microbiology across several prominent institutions in Yaoundé, including the Institut Supérieur des Sciences de la Santé « la Sapience ».

Mme Elomo holds a Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Health Sciences with a specialization in Medical Analysis from the Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale. Her professional background is reinforced by extensive advanced certifications in laboratory biosafety, infection control, and blood bank quality management systems, alongside specialized medical equipment training completed in Guangzhou, China.
