Paul Nkala is an accomplished journalist, communication consultant, and expert trainer with 26 years of experience designing and executing institutional communication strategies for prominent public and private entities. He specializes in corporate, community, and developmental communication, with a deep-seated background in media operations focused on healthcare and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nkala has led communication and operational branches for key regional networks and corporate organizations. Since November 2024, he has operated as an Expert Consultant and Trainer in corporate communication for the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Organizations of Central Africa (FOFE-AC). His background in institutional advocacy features extensive tenures with the National Federation of SME Associations (FENAP), where he served as Communication Lead and ultimately as Secretary General, driving partnership cultivation and launching their flagship publication, Horizons PME. Additionally, he provided strategic communication counseling to the Union of African Shippers Councils (UCCA) and anchored internal communications media for Orange Cameroun's Human Resources Division.

As an expert project facilitator, Mr. Nkala collaborated with the MEKIS Communication Agency on a joint Cameroon-World Bank initiative, training communication focal points across 80 municipalities. Merging his media and public health expertise, he was the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Mère et Enfant magazine, a publication dedicated to maternal and child health, and organized associated promotional healthcare seminars across Cameroon. He has also served as a senior editor and collaborator for multiple regional press outlets.

Mr. Nkala completed specialized distance education in journalism and communication from Ondernemersschool BV in the Netherlands and holds a DEUG in History, Geography, and Sociology from the University of Yaoundé. He is fully bilingual in French and English, possesses conversational proficiency in Spanish, and holds advanced certifications in international development communication and technical training methodologies from institutions such as the Panos Institute Dakar.
