Program Overview

This programme develops the skills needed to design, steer, and evaluate a quality improvement approach and an accreditation (or certification) process within a health facility.

Approximately 120 hours in total: theoretical coursework, practical workshops, and a supervised project.

Learning Objectives

Master the standards, frameworks, and requirements of quality in health (e.g. France's Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS), ISO 9001, ISO 15189).

Develop and implement a continuous quality improvement policy.

Manage risks associated with care and guarantee patient safety.

Steer an accreditation or certification process from start to finish.

Design an internal audit system and quality performance indicators.

Entry Requirements
